COVID 19: Visitation Guidelines

Dear Residents, Family, and Staff,

Due to the Governor’s Public Health Announcement regarding the tier three resurgence mitigations taking effect statewide on Friday, November 19, 2020, following sharp increases in COVID-19 cases, the outdoor visitation guidelines have been suspended.  Visits may only occur through the windows where the visitor is outside and the resident is inside.

For those residents who do not have access to a window for a visit in Wiseman Pollock or McKendree, please contact the McKendree entrance monitor to arrange for a visit in a window area in the Wiseman Pollock Lobby.  We hope that this might provide closer accessibility for you.  Please be reminded that packages etc cannot be brought in through sliding glass door patios or through windows.  Please bring those packages to any of our entrances and we’ll be sure to bring them to you.
